During our recent family Easter getaway, we stayed at Hotel Pizzalto and found it to be the perfect base for our adventures in the stunning Abruzzo region. Nestled right in the heart of the Aremogna ski area, the ski-in/ski-out access made it all too easy for my family to embrace the slopes without the usual fuss of transportation. The comfort of our room, complete with a flat-screen TV offering breathtaking mountain views, allowed us to unwind after thrilling days spent skiing and exploring. The warmth and coziness of the hotel, coupled with friendly, attentive staff, made us feel right at home as we settled into a rhythm of skiing by day and indulging in fantastic Italian cuisine at the restaurant by night, run by the delightful Giovanni. What I particularly loved about Hotel Pizzalto was the seamless blend of outdoor adventure and relaxation. The wellness center featured a hot tub that was a welcome retreat for the whole family after long days on the slopes. The hotel's expansive garden also provided a safe space for the kids to play as we soaked up the sun, creating the perfect family atmosphere. In short, Hotel Pizzalto is not just a place to stay; it's a gateway to discover the beautiful landscapes of Abruzzo and to create cherished memories with loved ones. And with the complimentary bike rentals and trekking tours available, I can't help but envision our next visit during the warmer months!
